Payment & Billing Policies

All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed or incomplete payments may pause ongoing work. Fees paid for completed work or monthly services are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, required access (website, hosting, cPanel, analytics, etc.), and necessary content to ensure smooth execution of SEO and marketing activities.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

All strategies, reports, and materials created by Mavenj SEO remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Client-provided assets must be legally owned or licensed by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Mavenj SEO is not liable for website downtime, hosting/server issues, security breaches, third-party tool failures, or ranking fluctuations beyond our control. Results may vary based on industry competition and market changes.
